Easy To Use
The Ice Caddy is simple use. Its inside velvet pockets snuggle the two reusable ice/heat packs, included
with each Ice Caddy, next to your cheeks. Just wrap the Ice Caddy under your chin and around your face,
securing the Velcro ends on top of your head. Since you adjust the exact amount of tightness, there's never
undue pressure...which is especially important after surgery!
Reusable Ice/Heat Packs Included
Every Ice Caddy comes with two reusable ice/heat packs. To use, just remove the packs from your Ice
Caddy and place them in the freezer. When frozen, place them back in your Ice Caddy, wrap around your
head, and let the healing begin!
You can also use your Ice Caddy to apply HEAT. Just remove the packs from your Ice Caddy and put them
in the microwave for 40 seconds. Then, place them back in your Ice Caddy, wrap around your head, and
enjoy the benefits of heat therapy!
